LKA Group is seeking a dynamic and strategic Investigations Manager Personal Injuries to lead our high-performing national team. Your Impact
As Manager of Investigations, you will:
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans.
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary investigations team.
- Drive innovation and service improvement.
- Enhance systems, tools, and workflows.
- Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
- Develop new investigative products and services.
- Manage budgets and contribute to business growth.
What You Bring
Essential:
- Proven experience managing investigations or related functions (e.g., personal injury claims).
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Strategic thinking with operational execution.
- Experience in process improvement and change management.
- Excellent client and stakeholder engagement.
- Commercial acumen and financial management experience.
- Innovative mindset with a track record of service development.
Qualifications:
- Experience in CTP or workers compensation claims
Desirable:
- Degree in business, law, insurance or related discipline.
- Current Investigation Licence (or ability to obtain one).
