Overview of the Role:

We are now looking for a career minded and goal orientated individual that wants to start their career or carry on their existing career as a Customer Care Consultant.

Reporting to the Customer Care Manager your day to day duties include but not limited to:

  • Promoting a range of aftercare products to new and existing customers
  • Providing outstanding customer service to enhance the buying experience for all customers
  • Work collaboratively with the cars sales team and F&I team
  • Liaison with technical colleagues to ensure vehicles in preparation have relevant products applied
  • Preparing warranties and necessary paperwork for customers

The Successful Applicant Must have:

  • Previous experience in this role preferred
  • Customer Service experience – essential
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills including a high level of computer literacy and exposure to Microsoft Office
  • Have rights to work in Australia
  • A current Australian driver's license
