We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable casual staff to join our team both the bar/bistro and kitchen areas. If you enjoy working in a fast paced environment, have great teamwork skills, and a positive attitude, we'd love to hear from you. Added bonus, sensational ocean views across Moreton Bay.

Bar & Bistro Staff

Duties include:

  • Greeting customers and taking food & beverage orders
  • Serving meals and drinks
  • Operating POS systems and handling cash/EFTPOS
  • Assisting with bar service and restocking supplies
  • Clearing tables and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment
  • Following RSA requirements and venue service standards

What we're looking for:

  • Friendly customer service and good communication
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Current RSA or ability to obtain one within 28 days
  • Previous hospitality experience an advantage but not essential
Dishwasher/Kitchen Hand

Duties include:

  • Washing dishes/cutlery, and kitchen equipment
  • Keeping the kitchen clean and organised
  • Assisting chefs with basic food preparation when required
  • Collecting and disposing of rubbish and recycling

What we're looking for:

  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
  • Team player with good communication
  • Kitchen hand/dishwashing experience helpful but not required
