Automation Project Coordinator

Your RoleCSL is looking for an Automation Project Coordinator to join our team at our Broadmeadows site. Reporting to the APAC Base Fractionation Execution Systems Lead you will involve managing the Execution Systems budget, project plan, project risks and activity tracking through the project lifetime. You will be responsible for delivering a subset of these disciplinary areas in alignment with their expertise and experience of both process and automation engineering.Your ResponsibilitiesReporting to the APAC Base Fractionation Execution Systems Lead you will:Coordinating /Overseeing the second phase of the project lifecycle (Construction, Commissioning, Qualification and Handover to Operations and Engineering)Budget tracking including accruals, invoice payments and forecastManagement and prioritization of Automation Engineers workload/deliverablesManagement of multiple vendors who are responsible for engineering deliverables of the project.Statement of Project ScopeDetailed Project PlanDetailed ScheduleProject Risk, issue, assumptions, dependencies logWeekly updated dashboard reports or progress and issuesDashboard for trackingProgress of solution deliverables and approvals of those items as neededProgress of Engineering test planning for solution acceptanceProgress of test execution for solution acceptanceProgress of deployment planning for solutionProgress of deployment execution for solution acceptanceProgress of closeout of Solution Deployment DocumentationManagement and prioritisation of outstanding needs that were out of original scopeCloseout of Project DocumentationPrepare and execute project management documents (progress reports, design reviews etc)Actively contributing to value engineering initiativesManage and collaborate in cross functional Engineering teams to support Execution system team and to gather inputs for design and execution.Your ExperienceA bachelor's degree in a relevant Engineering fieldA Project Management Professional Certification (PMP)5 years in engineering or construction project managementBudget tracking including accruals, invoice payments and forecastFinancial experience in managing budgetary responsibilitiesEngineering project management skills with the ability to lead and deliver projects ( > 20 million AUD)5 years' experience in Tier 1 ProjectsA good understanding of quality, risk and contract management processes and proceduresA demonstrated ability to lead and work closely with multiple stakeholders to deliver highly complex projectsExperience in managing teams responsible for creating interfaces between SAP, MES and Lims is desirable.Experience with managing a team responsible for the design and implementation of middleware solutionsWell-developed regulatory and compliance code understanding in respect to the manufacturing/production and engineering environmentAbility to understand "the big picture" and approach problem solving in a proactive consultative mannerUnderstanding of the process and engineering systems within the Pharmaceutical IndustryExcellent communication skills and consultative approach in working with key stakeholders to achieve the required commercial outcomes.Why Join CSL?CSL is a leader in the biopharmaceutical industry and a multinational ASX Listed Company that is actively growing its Australian-based manufacturing operations to support global growth.At CSL, we're driven by our promise to patients and human health.
