ROLE OVERVIEWWe're looking for a skilled Project Manager to lead a key transformation program aimed at enhancing an enterprise Oracle Sales Cloud (CX) platform. The program aims to improve system usability, streamline lead management, and enable smarter, data-driven engagement through advanced integration, automation, and reporting capabilities. You'll oversee the end-to-end delivery of multiple enhancement streams, managing scope, timelines, and quality outcomes while collaborating with cross-functional business, IT, and vendor teams. This role will suit a hands-on, delivery-focused Project Manager who enjoys driving business outcomes and CRM capability uplift in a complex environment.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Oracle Sales Cloud enhancement projects from initiation to completion.
  • Define project scope, milestones, and success measures aligned with business objectives.
  • Coordinate internal and external delivery teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Oversee design, testing, and deployment of enhancements to improve automation and reporting.
  • Work closely with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g. Eloqua, Marketing Cloud).
  • Manage risks, dependencies, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Drive communication, engagement, and user adoption post-implementation.

MORE ABOUT YOU

  • Proven experience delivering Oracle CX or CRM enhancement or implementation projects.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Sales Cloud features, including lead and opportunity management, automation, and analytics.
  • Experience with integration and automation across CRM and marketing systems.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and vendor coordination skills.
  • Skilled in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.
  • Qualifications in IT, Business, or Project Management desirable.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification will be highly regarded.
