About the Role 
Challenger Ford are seeking a professional and friendly Service Support Consultant to join our service team. As the first point of contact for our service guests, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming environment while providing efficient administrative and front-desk support. 
 

  • Greet guests on arrival and assist with service bookings and enquiries 
  • Answer incoming calls and direct enquiries to the appropriate department 
  • Support the service advisors and technicians with administrative tasks 
  • Greet customers and filter who needs to see the advisors or be directed elsewhere.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely communication with guests 
  • Scheduling the mobile service unit and planning which days and where.
  • Manage the service reception area to ensure a professional appearance at all times 

Skills & Experience 

  • Previous experience in a receptionist, administration, or customer service role 
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Strong attention to detail and organisation 
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment 
  • Confident using computer systems and Microsoft Office 
  • Current driver's licence 
  • Full Australian working rights
