Seeking a kind, caring and professional Receptionist to become part of this amazing organisation that provides support in aged care, NDIS, mental health, and home care support services.

Offering a great working environment, this role requires support from 8:30 am-5:00 pm Monday to Friday.

Reporting to the Executive Assistant, your duties will include:

- Meeting and greeting clients, monitoring sign-in and sign-out of visitors and clients
- Answering phones and triaging calls to the appropriate department or services
- Open and close the office when needed
- Coordinating building maintenance and trades when needed
- Administration duties to support the staff and services
- Ad hoc office duties

If you are seeking an opportunity where you can use your strong customer service skills and enjoy working collaboratively whilst giving back to the community, you will thrive in this role. You must have a professional phone manner, be compassionate, have strong attention to detail and enjoy fast-paced environments.

This is a temporary position requiring full-time hours for approximately three weeks so you must be reliable and be a team player.
