Read Street Medical and Skin Centre, is a private family practice looking for an experienced, motivated and friendly receptionist with great attention to detail to join our team.

Our practice has been servicing the Rockingham community for 40 years and so it is keythat the right person is able to connect and make our patients feel welcome, whilst being able to manage a busy front desk.

**Who you are**:
You will be a highly organised individual who is a multi-tasker with strong time management skills. You will take pride in your work as well as your appearance as you provide our patients with exceptional customer service.

The role includes:

- Welcoming patients and handling all enquiries
- Triaging and responding to telephone calls
- Management of appointment bookings
- Completing patient accounts, invoicing and receipting payments
- Maintenance of patient details, data entry and document scanning
- General office administration and house keeping

To be successful in this role you will require;
- A friendly and professional manner.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience as a busy medical receptionist.
- Be presentable, professional and courteous at all times.
- Proactive attitude and to participate in a small team working environment.
- Ability to multi task, prioritise and manage tasks in a calm and effective manner.
- Flexibility to cover annual and sick leave as required.
- Ability to work alternate Saturday mornings.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Experience with using medical software, preferably Medical Director.
- National Police Certificate, dated within 3 months.

Previous experience in Medical Director or other medical software would be highly advantageous, as would experience in a previous busy practice.
