**About the role**:
**Rockingham Mitsubishi **(part of Eagers Automotive) is currently seeking a positive and customer-focused
**Service**
**Receptionist/ Courtesy Driver **to join our team.
Reporting to the Service Manager, this role will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Service Department and the rest of the dealership as required. This will include taking incoming phone calls, assisting customer requests, and completing general administrative tasks to assist dealership personnel. The role also includes driving our courtesy van to pick up and drop off our customers while we service their vehicles.
**Duties will include**:
- Answering the phone promptly with a courteous and understanding manner
- Welcome all on-site visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel
- Recording and forwarding phone messages and queries
- General administration duties and housekeeping
- Driving courtesy van for up to 3 hours a day
**About you**:
If you are someone with brilliant organisational and customer service skills as well as plenty of positive ‘can do’ attitude - we are looking for you
**You will ideally possess**:
- Professional phone and face-to-face customer service manner
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at once
- Excellent attention to detail
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- More than 2 years of driving experience
- Ability to drive confidently a large vehicle with multiple passengers
- Australian working rights and driver’s licence
