Experienced Medical Reception Position available at our Rockingham consulting rooms

The role will include:

- The ability to Multi-task in a fast paced, medical reception environment
- Providing a high standard of customer service
- Patient management; answering all phone enquiries, booking & confirming appointments; checking, processing & managing customer accounts
- General Medical Reception duties administration and clerical duties
- Ensure each day's appointment schedules run as seamlessly as possible
- Maintaining confidentiality
- Open and Close of the practice

Prior experience in a medical receptionist role is essential.

A team-player with a positive and proactive attitude. Empathy and a passion for patient care.

Exceptional communication and organisational skills and multi tasking abilities
