Role Overview

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring sales professionals who can help us expand our footprint across Australia. You will play a key role in building our high-performance sales team, ensuring we bring on motivated and skilled individuals who align with Lenergy's culture and growth vision.

This role offers a flexible, remote work arrangement with significant career growth opportunities as Lenergy expands into new markets and becomes a leading national brand in the solar industry.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement a proactive recruitment strategy to attract top-performing sales professionals.

  • Identify key recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.

Sourcing & Talent Attraction

  • Actively source, screen, and engage experienced sales professionals through various platforms.

  • Build a strong talent pipeline for immediate and future hiring needs.

Interview & Selection Process

  • Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate fit for Lenergy's sales roles.

  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth hiring experience.

  • Assist in refining interview scripts and selection criteria to enhance the recruitment process.

Onboarding & Retention

  • Support new hires during their onboarding journey, ensuring a seamless transition into the company.

  • Work closely with sales managers to track new hire performance and retention rates.

  • Provide feedback on market trends and hiring challenges to improve recruitment efforts.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in recruiting sales professionals, preferably in solar, renewable energy, or high-performance sales industries.

  • Strong sourcing abilities – Comfortable using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other channels to find top talent.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – Ability to engage and influence candidates.

  • Interviewing expertise – Confident in assessing candidates and identifying top-performing salespeople.

  • Results-driven mindset – Ability to meet hiring targets and contribute to company growth.

  • Organisational skills – Able to manage multiple roles and candidates efficiently.

  • Understanding of commission-based sales roles – Ability to sell the opportunity effectively to candidates.

  • Willingness to occasionally meet with team in Wollongong or Southern Highlands and attend social events when able.
