The exciting opportunity

  • Part time role working Monday to Wednesday, 8am to 4pm
  • Manage the day to day maintenance of our 2 storey, 41 bed aged care facility in the leafy suburbs of Greenwich
  • Responsible for minor carpentry, plumbing and electrical maintenance support
  • Conduct scheduled preventative maintenance tasks across buildings, equipment, and grounds
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests, handling minor repairs and escalating complex issues

About you

  • Proven experience in building, property, or facility maintenance, ideally in aged care
  • Hands on, proactive, respectful, and with strong time management and organisational skills
  • Driver's License
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check and Influenza vaccination (or willing to obtain)
  • Working rights in Australia
