We have opportunities at both our Sydney Harbour and Sydney Central properties for a Maintenance Officer.

What you'll get to do

You will get to work closely with the Property Manager and our Facilities/Maintenance team to ensure our properties are maintained and presented in the highest possible standard. This will include:

• Performing thorough weekly building and facility inspections (or daily inspections as requested)
• Liaising with the Property Manager, Maintenance and Building & Facilities Manager to initiate and schedule project works, preventative maintenance, and corrective maintenance
• Maintaining the swimming pool, including testing and dosing chemical levels (where applicable)
• Completing and maintaining inspection, safety, and maintenance reports and records

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience in conducting, organising and coordinating maintenance activities
• Ideally trade qualified
• Strong organisational and time management abilities to handle multiple activities simultaneously
• Proficiency in using technology and maintenance systems
