About the role

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a float Paralegal to join our Brisbane office on a casual basis. This role presents an exciting opportunity to be part of a busy practice and assist the team in all areas of secretarial support; you will perform a variety of tasks including; filing; correspondence for clients; and working closely with fee earners on matters.

What does the role involve?

• Preparing documentation and correspondence
• Research tasks
• General administration including printing, scanning, collation and photocopying of all documents relating to matters including electronic and hard copy filing
• Ensuring all files are up to date and easily accessible to others

About you

Ideally you will have some experience working in a Law firm and/or in your penultimate year of an undergraduate law degree. A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office is also expected as are excellent organisation and communication skills.

Strong Microsoft Office skills are essential, as are excellent communication skills.
