We're now on the lookout for an energetic, driven, and proactive Claims Paralegal to join our growing Brisbane team. This is your chance to step into a role where every day you'll be making a real difference in people's lives while working alongside a supportive, passionate team.

Our Paralegals are entrusted with the responsibility of working closely with clients and making decisions about the day-to-day running of claims. This includes collating client information, correspondence with funds and insurers and reviewing medical reports.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following:

  • Strong client and case management skills
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Enjoy taking initiative and able to work autonomously.

Training and support will be given to the right candidate; however previous experience is essential, particularly in personal insurance claims.
