Overview

Our Forensic & Technology Services (FTS) team welcomes expressions of interest from law students who are interested in casual paralegal opportunities. The FTS team at Clayton Utz is one of Australia's fastest growing forensic legal practices. You will develop your skills alongside some of the best in the industry in a dynamic team environment.

This is an exciting opportunity for motivated students to further diversify their skills and gain exposure to a top-tier law firm, whilst working on a broad range of matters across practice areas. We hire paralegals in our Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, Brisbane and Perth offices.

What are we looking for?

To be successful in securing a paralegal position, you will:

  • Be currently studying a law degree
  • Be in at least your second year of studies
  • Have a strong academic record
  • Be available to work a minimum of 3 days per week throughout the year
  • Previous work experience in any field (paid or unpaid) is highly regarded
  • Previous paralegal or legal experience is also highly regarded but not essential

In addition, we are looking for candidates who are proactive and have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication and team work skills.
