**About the role**:
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced jeweller to join our in-house manufacturing team as a squad leader. In this role you will manage training, workflow and quality for a team of between 3-5 junior jewellers alongside also manufacturing your own delegated workload and meeting expected KPIs of personal work.

This role is highly focused on upskilling and training for your team, you will work closely with the production manager to standardise training and career development for your direct reports

Applicant Requirements for our Squad Leader role:

- Understanding of high-volume jewellery manufacturing across all aspects of fundamental jewellery manufacturing.
- Experience in stone setting
- Capable of managing high volume workflow and utilising your teams skill set to meet deadlines
- Have a nurturing and supportive team management style to bring out the best in your team with a high focus on quality, upskilling and increasing efficiencies
- High level of communication
- Work well in a fast-paced high-volume environment with a drive to meet deadlines
- Ability to problem solve and find solutions
- Must be motivated and punctual

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
