Our specialised glazing solutions require precision manufacturing and installation to meet the exacting standards of architects and designers.

We are seeking multiple experienced Aluminium Window Manufacturer/Installer to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities
- Manufacture and install custom-made mínimal glazing systems to exact measurements.
- Perform testing, troubleshooting, and final fit-off of glazing installations.
- Take precise site measurements and verify dimensions during fabrication.
- Select and check aluminium profiles, stainless steel, and brass fittings for accuracy.
- Ensure all components are measured, cut, and assembled correctly for site installation.
- Implement and execute work on-site following safe work procedures (SWMS).
- Maintain high levels of quality and workmanship, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Work closely with the Project Manager, Manufacturing Team, and Install Team.
- Communicate effectively with builders, clients, architects, and engineers.
- Assist in research and development of new glazing system components.

Skills & Experience Required
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in manufacturing and installing European mínimal frame glazing systems.
- Strong ability to read and interpret detailed shop drawings and troubleshoot where necessary.
- Experience working with tight tolerances (+/- 0.5mm) for precise installations.
- Must have a driver’s license, own vehicle, and own tools.
- Possess relevant OHS tickets and site safety certifications.
- Ability to custom-make frames and tracks by hand for various glazing systems.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple jobs efficiently.
- Available to travel interstate and internationally for site inspections and installations.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
