About the Role

As the Export & Regulatory Specialist, you will help ensure our products reach customers worldwide on time, in perfect condition, and fully compliant with international regulations. You'll coordinate global freight movements, manage export documentation, and lead compliance for new market launches.

Export Coordination

  • Manage orders from entry to delivery for overseas customers
  • Book and track international freight with shipping lines & freight forwarders
  • Prepare export docs (invoices, health certs, COO, permits)
  • Plan container loads and schedules for efficient distribution

Regulatory Compliance

  • Ensure products meet all import rules for each country
  • Research export regulations, HS codes & product standards
  • Liaise with DAFF and other government bodies
  • Lead compliance checks for new markets and product launches
About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

  • Experience in export logistics, international supply chain, or freight coordination (food industry preferred).
  • Knowledge of international shipping practices, Incoterms, and export documentation requirements.
  • Experience with customs and regulatory bodies such as DAFF, ICS, and international certification processes.
  • Experience working with ERP and logistics systems (BSM preferred).
  • Experience negotiating costs with shipping lines and freight forwarders.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to rapidly upskill very complex concepts.
  • Project management experience is highly desirable.
  • Experience in leading small teams is highly desirable.
  • Qualification/s in Logistics, International Business, or related field (preferred but not essential).
