This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled export documentation professional to enhance the accuracy and compliance of international shipments.
We are seeking an experienced individual with a passion for trade and commerce, who can take ownership of export documentation tasks and contribute to the success of our clients across seven continents.
As an export documentation specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and compliant documentation, collaborating with internal teams to drive process improvements, and maintaining excellent relationships with clients and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in export documentation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and verify export documentation, including commercial invoices, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize export documentation processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in export regulations, customs procedures, and industry developments.
- Work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in export documentation or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Australian export regulations and customs procedures.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software applications.
