to help us expand our client base and project opportunities.

About the role

As our Business Development Manager, you will:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in land development, infrastructure and civil works.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, consultants, government agencies and industry partners.
  • Develop strategies to grow revenue, secure tenders and expand our client portfolio.
  • Collaborate with senior management on market insights, proposals and bids.
  • Represent Green Civil at industry events and networking forums.

About you

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in business development or client-facing role within civil construction, engineering or property development.
  • Strong understanding of subdivisions, earthworks and infrastructure markets.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Commercially astute with the ability to identify opportunities and negotiate outcomes.
  • Proactive, results-focused and confident engaging with clients at all levels.
