Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Analyst/Consultant with some Project Manager capability and strong Excel skills to support our operational and project management needs. In this role, you will work directly with the COO, attending all internal meetings, documenting key discussions, capturing actions, and tracking progress. You will also contribute to BA tasks such as requirements gathering, process documentation, and stakeholder coordination.

This role is ideal for someone looking to take the next step in their career, gaining hands-on experience in a high-growth tech environment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Someone with a business consulting mindset — someone who can set up frameworks, operate at a strategic level, and work with the board and executive team to problem-solve and design solutions.
  • Developing comprehensive reporting capabilities
  • Creating executive dashboards for key performance metrics

  • Conducting ongoing industry research and analysis

  • Attend and document all internal meetings with the COO, ensuring accurate capture of decisions, action items, and owners.

  • Monitor, follow up, and report on the progress of all action items and deliverables.
  • Business Analysis activities including requirements gathering, workflow mapping, and data analysis.
  • Support project planning, timelines, and resource tracking.
  • Create and maintain project documentation, trackers, and reports using Excel and other tools.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment.
  • Provide ad-hoc project support and operational assistance as needed.

Requirements
  • Experience: 3 - 6 years in a BA/Business Consulting, role with project management experience.

  • Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data visualisation).

  • Business Analysis/Consulting skills (requirements gathering, process documentation).
  • Solid organisational and multitasking abilities.

  • Attributes:

  • Energetic, proactive, and self-starting.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to follow-through.

Nice to Have
  • Exposure to the AI, data analytics, or tech sector.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
  • Familiarity with data visualisation tools or basic SQL.
