Responsibilities
:

1.Grid-based Retail Management

  • Monitor real-time merchandising displays, sell-through performance, and promotional execution for
    Tineco
    and competitor products across retail channels. Provide data-driven optimization recommendations to enhance in-store
    sell-out
    .
  • Conduct regular store audits (focusing on TOP KA accounts) to ensure compliance with brand standards.

2.Retail Staff Training & Enablement

  • Train and coach promoters/merchandisers on product knowledge (e.g., key selling points, competitive differentiation), sales techniques, and in-store execution.
  • Develop standardized training materials (e.g., product playbooks, FAQ guides, objection-handling scripts).

3.Field Operations & Travel

  • Travel for on-site store visits, performance reviews, and team workshops in key markets.

Requirements
:

1.Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or above, with 1–2 years of overseas
    channel sales
    or
    retail operations
    experience (e.g., FMCG, electronics). Outstanding fresh graduates with international exposure may be considered.
  • Familiarity with home appliance industry trends (e.g., cordless vacuum cleaners, floor care) is a plus.

  • Passion for consumer insights and hands-on store-level problem-solving.
