About the role

  • Open to locations in Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra and Brisbane

We are seeking an experienced Practice Lead - SAP Solution Architect to define and drive the target state architecture for our SAP programs in the ANZ region. This role is pivotal in developing and executing SAP sales strategies, ensuring seamless integration across SAP modules, and fostering talent growth within the SAP practice. The successful candidate will collaborate with executive leadership, optimize solutions, and align key architectural principles with business objectives to achieve sustainable success.

About you

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Architectural Strategy: Define the target state architecture and key guiding principles, ensuring solutions align with best practices and business needs.
  • SAP Sales Strategy Implementation: Support ANZ SAP sales initiatives, driving revenue growth, market expansion, and long-term customer engagement.
  • Customer-Centric Leadership: Ensure delivery teams not only meet technical goals but also support the SAP Practices sales objectives.
  • Data-Driven Performance Management: Leverage Salesforce analytics and sales metrics to track progress, refine strategies, and meet regional sales targets.
  • Solution Design & Review: Design & Review oversight across SAP modules (including Ariba, Concur, SuccessFactors) and legacy solutions, ensuring best practices are followed.
  • End-to-End Integration: Drive process integration across SAP modules, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of business processes from an E2E perspective.
  • Executive Collaboration: Partner with senior Fujitsu and client stakeholders to guide decision-making and optimize architectural outcomes.
  • SAP Talent Development: Lead recruitment, mentorship, and professional development initiatives within the SAP consulting team.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in leading and delivering SAP projects and support engagements.
  • Expertise in coaching, mentoring, and managing high-performing teams.
  • Strong background in reviewing solution designs and estimates, offering constructive feedback.
  • Proven ability to define and enforce project standards, processes, and methodologies.
  • Solid understanding of SAP ECC and S/4HANA, with at least three full end-to-end project lifecycles delivered.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in designing and implementing SAP solutions across diverse industries.
  • Deep expertise across SAP ECC and S/4HANA modules with a broad delivery portfolio.
