Applications from Learning Enrichment specialists are invited for the position of Head of Learning Enrichment for Years 6-12 commencing in Term 2, 2026. This is a pivotal leadership role in our College in coordinating the support staff and learning enrichment programs for students with identified learning needs. The Head of Learning Enrichment works closely with our student support team to advocate for quality differentiated instruction in our secondary classes, as well as coordinating tailored learning programs for students on individualized programs such as the QCIA.

Good Shepherd is a co-educational Prep to Year 12 Lutheran College that serves the families of the breathtakingly beautiful Noosa district on the Sunshine Coast.  Centrally located 130kms from the Brisbane CBD, Good Shepherd Lutheran College is situated on a 9.5hectare campus. The College has a total enrolment of approximately 1100 students.  Our College is part of the ministry of The Lutheran Church in Queensland and has strong ties to the Noosa Lutheran Parish.  Good Shepherd has built a recognised record of both academic success and Christian care.

Good Shepherd has a Junior, Middle and Senior Years organisation reflective of student needs at a particular age.  Students benefit from comprehensive contemporary P-12 learning programs that are developmentally linked for smooth transition across each stage of schooling.
