**Your Role**:
As the Head of Department - Teaching & Learning on the Junior Secondary Campus you are responsible for leading curriculum, teaching and learning within Arts and Technology for our Year 7 & 8 students. This unique opportunity includes the development of partnerships with feeder schools, promoting the school through arts & technology signature programs & extra-curricular activities. This role gives you the opportunity to work in collaboration with Heads of Departments across both Pomona and Cooroy Campuses.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Lead the school department to develop, articulate and commit to a shared educational vision focussed on providing quality learning outcomes for all students.
- Embed socially just practices in daily school life.
- Set high standards for student and staff performance.
- Actively participate in lifelong learning and ongoing professional development.
- Form partnerships with students, parents, other government agencies, and community groups.
