About Us

Opened in 1903, Trinity Grammar School today educates more than 1,500 students across four campuses in Kew, Bulleen, Lake Nillahcootie and Licola. We provide a vibrant learning environment for boys from Prep to Year 10, with a coordinated partnership in VCE with Ruyton Girls' School, and an Early Learning Centre for both boys and girls from the age of three.

The Role

Reporting to the Deputy Principal, the Head of Senior School leads the day-to-day life, culture and operations of the Senior School. This role is both strategic and highly visible, working closely with staff, students and the broader Trinity community.  

Key areas of responsibility include: 

  • Leading and supporting staff to deliver excellence in teaching, learning and pastoral care.
  • Building capability in leaders and teachers, ensuring a collaborative and engaged culture.
  • Driving student wellbeing programs and pastoral care that supports engagement and inclusion.
  • Partnering with parents, families and the broader community to strengthen connections and foster a cohesive school culture.
  • Ensuring operational effectiveness, compliance and alignment with Trinity's values and purpose.

The Head of Senior School will work collaboratively with other senior leaders to deliver a seamless and consistent experience across the School.
