About the Role:
Each year, AC Solar Warehouse purchases, stores and despatches to our customers hundreds of thousands of individual items of solar equipment from 8 locations across Australia and New Zealand. Our logistics team currently comprises 5 dedicated staff, including Logistics, Freight, and Warehouse Officers. As our business continues to grow, we are expanding our team in Cairns and seeking a passionate, driven individual to lead, motivate, and inspire the logistics team to achieve our high standards of quality and efficiency.

You'll lead the team to ensure stock is accurately stored, dispatched, and delivered promptly to our customers, while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. This role also involves overseeing stock transfers between warehouses, co-ordinating annual stocktakes, and managing freight costs and operational budgets.
You will supervise and support warehouse and logistics staff, ensuring efficient daily operations and adherence to established procedures. Building and maintaining strong, mutually beneficial relationships with freight and courier partners will be key to ensuring reliable, cost-effective service.
