Clinical Support Lead

  • 6-month contract
  • Senior Registered Nurse
    who leads by example and supports clinical excellence across aged care services
  • Provide
    clinical guidance and mentorship
    to RNs and PCAs, helping them grow and deliver high-quality care.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • In your role as a
    Clinical Support Lead
    , stay sharp and up to date with AHPRA standards
  • Be the go-to for
    clinical support and advice
    – your wisdom will shape outcomes and inspire confidence
  • Use your
    critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Mentor and educate our amazing RNs and PCAs – you'll be their guiding light
  • Keep things safe and compliant with the
    Aged Care Act
    , Accreditation Standards, and all the important compliance requirements
  • Lead with heart, advocate with purpose, and collaborate like a professional
  • Oh, and yes – there's a bit of
    rostered on-call work

What You Bring to the role:

  • A bachelor's degree in nursing and
    current AHPRA registration
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in the
    Aged Care sector
  • A deep understanding of aged care policies, funding models, and clinical risk
  • Communication skills that make people say, "Wow, they really get it"
  • Strategic thinking, analytical brilliance, and a passion for quality improvement
  • A love for teamwork, mentoring, and making a real difference
