Are you looking to grow as an Accounts Receivable Officer in a company which operates in providing infrastructure solutions for both residential and commercial projects? Located in the Northern Beaches, this company specialises in providing solutions to a range of diverse projects. This newly available permanent position is perfect for an Accounts Receivable Officer who is interested in growing in a company.

Your new role

  • Managing the end-to-end accounts receivable process, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations.
  • Following up on overdue payments via phone or email and contacting customers to resolve payment delays and outstanding fees
  • Allocating incoming payments and maintaining accurate debtor ledges
  • Providing forecasting to support cash flow and financial planning
  • Developing and implementing collection strategies to improve cash flow

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience in an end-to-end Account Receivable position
  • Strong experience using MYOB
  • Confident working independently
  • Resilient, proactive and highly self-motivated attitude
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Diploma in Accounting and Bookkeeping (preferred)
