Admin & Accounts Assistant / Receptionist

Full-Time | Mon–Fri, 8:30am–5pm | Brookvale (Northern Beaches)

  • We're Poster Graphics — a print-loving, colour-matching, coffee-powered crew who've been bringing ideas to life (in large format) for over 25 years. From cosmetic giants to food brands, retail fashion to sporty types, we work with clients big and small — and sometimes international.

  • We're the kind of team who work hard, laugh loudly, and don't take ourselves too seriously (except when we're wielding a scalpel on a vinyl decal).

  • Now, we're on the lookout for our next office superstar. Someone organised, upbeat, and ready to tackle a little bit of everything — from financial data entry to desk chats, admin tasks to snack cupboard organisation.

What You'll Do (a little bit of everything):

  • Keep the engine running: enter data for accounts payable/receivable using MYOB

  • Help us stay sharp: enter data from FileMaker Pro (training provided)

  • Be the welcoming voice: professionally answer phones, emails & greeting visitors

  • Keep the office ticking: scan, copy, file, order supplies, and stay 10 steps ahead

  • Be our glue: provide essential admin support the Sales and Accounts teams

  • Maintain the good vibes: keep reception and the kitchenette neat & ready for action

What You'll Bring:

  • Some office/admin experience (bonus points for accounts background)

  • Solid computer skills – MYOB, Outlook, Excel, Word (FileMaker = a bonus)

  • A clear communicator (written, spoken, and on the phone)

  • Attention to detail like it's your second language

  • You're reliable, enthusiastic, and ready to learn — no clockwatchers here

  • Bonus: you're the type who restocks the paper before it's empty

Important note: We're after someone looking to grow — no short-term visa holders or part-time seekers, please.
