All Hallows' School, a Catholic Mercy school for girls from Years 5–12, is seeking to appoint an Administrative Assistant Sports Department to join our community.
All Hallows' School is excited to expand our Sport Department team and is seeking an experienced and highly organised Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our vibrant sport program.
Working under the direction of the Head of Sport, this role is a key point of contact for students, parents, and staff. The successful applicant will provide high-quality administrative and organisational support to the Head of Sport, Assistant Head of Sport, and Program Directors, contributing to the smooth and successful delivery of the School's sport programs.
We are looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented professional with excellent communication and organisational skills. The ideal candidate will build positive and collaborative relationships across the school community and be aligned with our commitment to delivering high-quality sport programs that support student wellbeing.
This role is a full-time, term-time, permanent position which will on occasion require some additional morning, afternoon and weekend work, as negotiated with the Head of Sport, to support the operational needs of the School's sport program.
Role Requirements:
- Hold and maintain a current Queensland Working with Children Clearance (Blue Card)
- Have approval to work in Australia
- Maintain any required clearances, qualifications, or registrations relevant to the role
- Demonstrate a commitment to the values and ethos of Catholic education in the Mercy tradition
