The Role

  • The opportunity to step into this management role is rare and not to be missed.
  • Overseeing a team of sales consultants you'll be responsible for the day to day management of the team along with assisting individual consultants in improving their sales skills and increasing sales.
  • In addition, you'll analyse sales data, develop and implement sales strategies, provide product and system training and be a driver of change.

What You Need

  • Previous management experience ideally in call centre environment
  • Proven sales ability
  • Knowledge and experience in the travel industry
  • Ability to work a 7 day rotating roster
