Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Travel Adviser located in Gold Coast, QLD. The Senior Travel Adviser will manage day-to-day tasks including assisting clients with travel arrangements, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering exceptional customer service. They will also be responsible for effectively communicating with clients, understanding their needs, and providing professional travel advice and solutions.

Qualifications

  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Proficiency in Travel Arrangements and Travel Agency operations
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build lasting relationships with clients
  • Extensive personal travel experience and knowledge of diverse destinations
  • Certification as a Travel Adviser or relevant field experience is a plus
