Role Purpose

Support the Finance team by managing invoices, payments, reconciliations and reports, helping the Leader of Finance keep everything running smoothly.

What You'll Do

  • Accounts Receivable:
    Send invoices, follow up on overdue accounts, reconcile ledgers, assist with management reports.
  • Accounts Payable:
    Process invoices, purchase orders, payments; maintain records; support monthly/quarterly statements.
  • General Finance Support:
    Bank reconciliations, cash flow monitoring, ad hoc tasks, and process improvement ideas.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, attention to detail, and organisational ability.
  • Comfortable with accounting software (Xero, MYOB) and Excel.
  • Proactive, assertive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Fun, personable, team-first mindset; high integrity and confidentiality.

Qualifications & Experience

  • AR/AP or general accounting experience.
  • Certificate IV in Accounting/Bookkeeping or equivalent is a plus.
  • Experience in fast-paced environments; returning to work candidates welcomed.
