We now have an exciting opportunity for a National Accounts Executive to join our Australia Sales team based at our office in Botany. Reporting to the National Accounts Manager and working alongside a highly motivated wider Australian Sales Team, you will play a key role in managing and growing relationships with key accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing key relationships with National Independent and Wholesaler partners, fostering strong stakeholder and customer engagement at both national and state level.
- Support National Account Managers with range reviews, category analysis, promotional planning, meeting preparations, and reporting.
- Assist sales team field activity, deliver agreed customer activity, and help execute excellence in outlets.
- Analyse data to identify sales and profit opportunities and assist in developing sales strategies.
- Oversee key processes such as range reviews, promotional planning, and business reviews for your customers and in collaboration with National Account Managers for their respective accounts.
- Coordinate shopper marketing briefs, manage financial processes including end-of-month tasks, and align field sales team objectives across our National Accounts.
- Keep up to date with customer and competitor developments, providing updates, insights, and recommendations.
About You:
- 3+ years' experience in key account sales or a similar role, preferably in FMCG.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and a drive for results.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Tertiary qualification in business or a relevant discipline (preferred).
- Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills.
