Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online.
Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success.

Your responsibilities- Produce analyses and reporting that drives actionable insight, directly influencing sales strategies and brand growth.
- Develop reporting processes that track and measure business performance, setting the stage for informed decisions.
- Monitor market shifts and competitor movement to discover opportunities for innovation and expansion.
- Execute strategic account plans with a commercial focus to achieve our goals.
- Streamline end-to-end processes to pinpoint opportunities that the sales & trade marketing teams can act on.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to maintain and enhance reporting mechanisms.
- You're proactive and thrive on making a significant impact in a fast-paced setting.
- Demonstrated ability in commercial analysis.
- Experience within FMCG, preferably in sales or analytics would be highly desirable.
- Exceptional at interpreting data, market trends, and translating them into actionable sales directives.
- Confident in your communication skills, able to convey complex information succinctly.
- Collaborative in nature, with a track record of working effectively within diverse teams.
- A whizz with Excel & PowerPoint.
- Experience with market data tools such as Nielsen, IRI, or Aztec would be advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing or related field preferred
- Must have permanent right to work in Australia
