At Tip Top, a division of George Weston Foods (GWF), we're passionate about baking better together. We're looking for a driven and commercially savvy National Account Executive to join our Foodservice team and take ownership of key distributor relationships including Bidfood, NAFDA, Superior Foods, and Campbell's Cash & Carry.
Purpose of the Role
Reporting to the National Sales Manager – Distributors, you'll be responsible for:
- Executing strategic plans and joint business plans (JBP) with key distributor partners
- Managing head office relationships and delivering financial targets
- Leading customer engagement and promotional programs
- Supporting field teams through coaching and CRM (Salesforce) utilisation
- Driving forecasting accuracy and managing claims/accruals
- Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, finance, demand planning, and customer service
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in FMCG, foodservice, or B2B sales
- Proven success in account management or national account executive roles
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Strategic thinking with the ability to execute and influence
- Experience with Salesforce and forecasting tools (desirable)
- A growth mindset and passion for delivering results
