Haul Truck Operator

ABOUT THE CLIENT

Our client is one of Australia's largest coal producers with close to 12 million tonnes of coal per year through open cut and underground coal mines. Our client is a responsible miner of coal with a track record of excellence in supplying high quality coal. Glencore operations are a safe, dynamic and inclusive workplace focusing on delivering high performance outcomes.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

You will be working as a Dump Truck Operator on a Coal Mine based in Newlands. You will be operating CAT 777/785/789 Dump Trucks working a 7/7 Wednesday to Tuesday roster. These roles are open to drive in, drive out or residential to the Newlands Region.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • Previous experience operating CAT 777 and 785 Dump Trucks with valid signed skills confirming competencies.

  • You will need to hold a current Coal Board Medical and Standard 11 or be willing to obtain.

  • You will require a current Drivers License and valid Right to work within Australia.

  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical including a Drug & Alcohol
