Now, we're looking for like-minded Customer Relationship Specialists (CRS) to join our friendly and supportive team in Hurstville on a permanent full-time basis.
About the Role
As a CRS, you'll be the frontline of customer engagement - responsible for reconnecting with customers, understanding their financial circumstances, and guiding them toward positive solutions. Your day-to-day will include:
- Conducting outbound/inbound calls with customers to negotiate tailored repayment solutions
- Skip-tracing and locating customers using investigative tools and resources
- Managing a portfolio of accounts with accuracy and empathy
- Maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Achieving performance targets while delivering excellent customer service
About You
You don't need prior collections experience - we're looking for the right attitude and a willingness to learn. If you've worked in retail, hospitality, sales, or customer service, you might have more transferable skills than you think
