We have a team of over 300 staff and our services include specialised accommodation, Supported Independent Living (SIL), Home & Community Care, Nursing Services, Support Coordination and Behaviour Support.
**About the Role**:
We are seeking a highly capable and motivated full-time **Administration Officer **who is passionate and committed to working collaboratively in supporting the organisation based in **Hurstville 2220**. This role is a great opportunity for somebody who is looking for work life balance, is available immediately. If you are up for a
challenge and looking for a change to an energetic and rewarding environment, this could be the role for you.
**Duties include but not limited to**:
- First point on incoming phone calls
- Assist with data entry requirements
- Support with organisational training coordination
- Coordinating employee, client and referrer mail outs
- Liaise with clients to ensure up to date contact information
- Contribute to the HR function through applicant screening and general administration
- Ensure the effective and accurate communication of information to staff members and clients
- Ensuring office environment is well maintained, and office supplies are stocked
- Previous experience working in an office environment highly regarded
- An positive energy to contribute to the workplace
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong written communication skills
- High attention to detail and quality of work
- Ability to work as part of a team
