We are seeking someone for a long-term position based in our office which manages 2 restaurants and a car wash with upcoming future business growth

**What you need**:

- Minimum 1-year prior experience in a similar role,
- Must be committed & punctual,
- Must be thorough with exceptional eye for detail & excellent organisational skills,
- Basic accounting skills,
- Committed to a long-term position with a drive to grow,
- Have a strong work ethic and dedication to your work,
- Must be able to multitask and prioritise allocated work,
- Must be able to work well in a fast-paced role,
- Must be able to work well under pressure,
- Must be an excellent communicator with etiquette phone skills and an approachable manner.

**The Role**:
The role includes but is not limited to the following;
- Opening and closing of the office along with general upkeeping,
- Collecting and posting mail,
- Answering and making phone calls,
- Attending to the door,
- Working closely with and assisting the operations manager,
- Handling enquiries and dealings with suppliers and customers,
- Organising and handling regular maintenances and services between each restaurant and car wash,
- Inputting data and creating templates and documents,
- Data entry such as timesheets, invoices, etc,
- Research and come up with ideas to better the business and its operation,
- Assisting with customer events and enquiries,
- Meeting with suppliers and possibly customers if required,
- Process orders and invoices ready for payment,
- Process staff timesheets ready for payroll,
- Filter through resumes and arrange interviews and trials,
- Experience with social media is ideal although not essential.

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
