In Vitro Technologies is a healthcare and scientific distribution organisation specialising in sales, marketing, and support across Australia and New Zealand.

We're looking for a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant (F&O) to take the lead on our Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment. You'll partner with the business, IT and external vendors to keep our systems running smoothly, improve functionality, and support users day to day.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement across business applications.

This is a permanent, full-time position, based out of our modern offices in Noble Park, VIC one day a week minimum.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define and manage the roadmap for Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Gather and translate business requirements into practical system solutions
  • Act as the main point of contact for all D365 product and functional queries
  • Support configuration, enhancements, testing and integrations
  • Troubleshoot issues, maintain data integrity and ensure system performance
  • Manage user access, licensing and basic administration
  • Deliver user support, training and clear documentation
  • Coordinate release and change management activities
  • Work closely with vendors to support development and ongoing improvements

ABOUT YOU

  • Strong experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Excellent functional knowledge across configuration, workflows and administration
  • Experience with D365 Finance & Operations Confident working with stakeholders to understand needs and deliver solutions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service approach
  • Background in project work or business analysis is beneficial
  • Microsoft certifications or exposure to additional D365 modules a bonus
