ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently seeking an experienced Mobilisation Administrator to join our team on a 12-month maternity leave cover. This role will be offered on a casual contract basis, with the potential to transition into a permanent position for the right candidate.

KEY DUTIES

  • Support the Operations team with co-ordination and booking of flights, travel and accommodation
  • Review employee qualifications and compliances to ensure all pre-mobilisation requirements are met prior to personnel mobilising to site
  • Excellent knowledge of spreadsheets and formulas
  • Provide high level of customer service to internal and external customers
  • Utilise client portals referenced below
  • General office duties such as email management, filing, data entry, telephone duties and follow up
  • Other reasonable duties requested by TS Global with in your knowledge and capabilities to do so

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of one year mobilisation experience in the mining industry

  • Experience with some (or all) of the following online portals:

  • RTIO (Avetta Connect-Pegasus)

  • Fortescue (Success Factors-SPEAR-CMS-INX-SAM Workflow)
  • MRL (INX) and
  • BHP (Enable)
  • Highly organised with exceptional time management skills
  • Proactive approach and ability to work autonomously to ensure tasks are completed
  • Strong service focus and excellent relationship building skills
  • Be a flexible and professional team member
  • Have a positive attitude
  • High verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask with a high attention to detail
  • Work as part of a busy team and be accountable for your own role and duties
  • High level of self-motivation and commitment reliability
  • High level of computer skills with proficient skills in all Microsoft packages - essential
