Contact Centre Customer Service Role – Make a Difference
Full-time hours | Mon-Fri 9-5pm
Starting Sept
Onsite in Clayton office
Help customers daily – Answer calls, emails & chats per day)
Achieve key metrics – Handling time, quality & customer satisfaction
Full training provided – Feel confident from day one
Supportive & dynamic team – Work with like-minded people
- Help customers with private health insurance queries, from reordering member cards to payment updates.
- Handle inbound calls and follow-up outbound calls with care and precision.
- Address general questions about insurance services, ensuring customers feel supported and informed.
- Possibility to cross-skill into web chats for those who are ready to expand their expertise.
Full-time availability (Mon-Fri) – Visa holders must be eligible for full-time work
6-12 months of recent call centre or high-volume phone-based experience
Customer centric mindset, you care about providing an A-class customer experience
