About Us

ArborCraft Tree Services is a trusted leader in arboriculture, delivering safe and sustainable tree management solutions for councils, developers, and private clients.

We're expanding our consulting division and are looking for an experienced Senior Consultant to join our team.

This role is perfect for a professional who can combine strong arboriculture knowledge with excellent client relationship skills, bringing value and credibility to every project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert arboriculture advice, assessments, and consulting services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, councils, and stakeholders.
  • Prepare high-quality arborist reports, proposals, and management plans.
  • Work closely with management to support sales targets and business growth.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, legislation, and environmental regulations.
  • Follow up with clients and provide effective, solution-focused service.

Previous Experience & Skills

  • 5+ years' experience at an operational or consulting level in arboriculture.
  • Proven ability to build and manage client relationships.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • High level of attention to detail and organisation.
  • Knowledge of sales processes, proposals, and business development.
  • Adaptability, flexibility, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Certificate V in Arboriculture
  • First Aid certificate
  • White Card
  • Driver's Licence

Background Requirements:

  • Current working with children checks
  • Clean police check record
  • Ability to pass pre-employment medical
