We're looking for an experienced and proactive GP Practice Nurse to join our friendly, well-organised team.

This role starts on a casual basis (2–3 days per week) with the option to transition to a permanent position if preferred. You'll work in a supportive environment that values patient care, team culture, and genuine work–life balance.

Regular Hours

  • Friday (required): 9:00 am – 5:00/6:00 pm
  • Tuesday: 12:00 pm – 7:00 pm
  • Additional shifts may be offered to cover staff leave or when extra support is needed — always with notice and flexibility in mind.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality, patient-centred nursing care within a general practice setting.
  • Support GPs with procedures, wound care, and day-to-day clinical needs.
  • Manage care plans, health assessments, and chronic disease programs.
  • Perform immunisations, wound care, ECGs, and other treatment room duties.
  • Work closely with reception and admin to keep patient flow smooth and efficient.
  • Step in for additional shifts as needed (optional).

About You

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in general practice.
  • Current AHPRA registration.
  • Confident with care plans, health assessments, and treatment room procedures.
  • Strong communicator with a collaborative team mindset.
  • Reliable, flexible, and committed to excellent patient care.
