We are a small (2.5 FTE) family owned General Practice passionate about providing excellent care for our patients and supporting our staff to grow and develop their professions.

About you:

  • Experienced Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration ,passionate about excellent health care
  • Evidence of continuous professional development
  • Experience in General Practice is not essential but beneficial
  • Experience in IV cannulation and managing iron infusion is preferable
  • Possess superior professional, organisational and interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • High level of initiative and attention to detail
  • Experience with Best Practice software preferable
  • Possess legal papers to work in Melbourne

Your duties will include :

  • Supporting doctors ,reception and administration team in providing excellent care for patients
  • Immunisation of children and adults
  • Managing recalls and reviews
  • Diagnostic services - ECG
  • Vaccine cold chain management
  • In-charge of Quality improvement and Promoting preventative care
  • Health assessments for over 75, 40-49 at risk, ATSI
  • Assisting doctors in doing care plans ;GP CCM Plans
  • IV iron infusions
  • In- charge of infection control
  • Triage ,emergency care ,assisting doctors with procedures
  • Assisting receptionists as needed

Able to work 3 days per week .
