Job Description

As a Shift Leader, you'll oversee daily operations, support staff, and ensure excellent service and food quality for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading and motivating the team to deliver exceptional service.
  • Assisting with staff training and development.
  • Managing shift schedules and ensuring smooth operations.
  • Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Ensuring compliance with food safety and WHS standards.
  • Supporting inventory management and reporting.
