Job Description As a Crew Member, you'll be the face of Pappa Flock, providing excellent customer service, preparing food, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering friendly and efficient customer service.
  • Preparing and serving food items according to quality and safety standards.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene throughout the restaurant.
  • Assisting with inventory stocking and organizing.
  • Supporting team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

  • Previous experience in fast food or hospitality is a plus but not required.
